Reiki with Mental & Emotional Balancing

Service Description

Mental Balancing helps to release any thought patterns, addictions or negative stories we have that are no longer serving us to move forward at a higher frequency in our lives. What limiting thought pattern is keeping you stuck? What story are you telling yourself? This session also helps us to release behaviors and/or addictions that are also not serving our highest good. While also receiving a full Reiki session, a focus on emotional balancing will allow us to remove stuck energy that is causing pain, either physically or mentally. Crystals and Eden Energy techniques are typically used for this service.
