This session does it all! I will focus on releasing and balancing at every energy center. Mental Balancing helps to release any thought patterns, behaviors or addictions we have that are no longer serving us. Emotional balancing helps us to release stored emotions in our Aura that are weighing us down or keeping us stuck. Our Chakras are always being manipulated in our everyday lives, let's focus on getting them released of stagnant energy so you can feel inner peace again. Crystals and Eden Energy techniques are typically used for this service as well as advanced Reiki techniques.
